They innovated in core areas such as AI-Powered Smart Predict Technology, Advanced Engineering Calculations and Omnichannel Capabilities.
Serving a wide range of industries, Logik.ai was able to help customers dramatically quote and sell their products faster — slashing long processes down to just minutes while calculating configuration needs and product availability in real time.
Logik’s rapid growth was driven by a customer obsessed team and flawless execution — the company grew ARR rapidly to $15M+ while expanding the team to 150+ employees in Chicago and India.

Chris Shutts: An Extraordinary Leader and Innovator
At the heart of Logik.ai’s success is its founder and CEO, Chris Shutts. After co-founding BigMachines in 2000 with Godard Abel, which eventually exited to Oracle in 2013, Chris reunited with Godard and other industry veterans to start Logik.ai in early 2021. We were fortunate to lead the company’s Seed round in November 2021 and High Alpha Managing Partner Scott Dorsey served on its Board of Directors.
Chris leads with a rare blend of humility, technical excellence and relentless focus on customer success. Every board meeting began with a review of the company’s core values and how the team was living them—a reflection of his belief that values and operational excellence go hand in hand. Chris fostered a culture of trust, loyalty and excellence.
A Strategic Partnership for the Future with ServiceNow
In May 2025, Logik.ai was acquired by ServiceNow, marking a significant milestone on its journey to becoming an industry leader. This strategic partnership perfectly aligns Logik.ai’s innovative CPQ technology with ServiceNow’s CRM workflows division, an already robust and growing revenue segment for the company.
ServiceNow’s culture of innovation and their commitment to customer success made them an ideal partner for Logik.ai. As part of ServiceNow, Logik.ai is set to continue thriving, leveraging its technology to drive further growth and deliver immense value to customers worldwide.

Looking Ahead
