Eric Smith joins the team as Head of Business Design

INDIANAPOLIS — January 16, 2020 — High Alpha, a leading venture studio, announced today the addition of Eric Smith to the company’s leadership team.

Smith is joining the team as Head of Business Design, leading High Alpha’s business design strategy and working with entrepreneurs to bring new business ideas into High Alpha’s venture studio. Smith will also lead High Alpha’s proprietary Sprint Week process.

Previously, Smith served as COO at One Click Ventures. Prior to becoming COO, Smith held finance, strategy and acquisitions roles at One Click Ventures. In 2016, Smith was named an Indianapolis CFO of the Year honoree by the Indianapolis Business Journal. He also holds an MBA from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
